Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare projects, manage schedules, and complete field paperwork. Liaise with internal parties to capture all information and requirements at the project initiation stage.
- Verify all drawings from the design team before moving to the construction phase.
- Address customer requirements related to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the design team, customers, and subcontractors during construction.
- Inspect the quality of work carried out by subcontractor workers.
- Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are implemented on time, safely, and in accordance with customer requirements.
- Test and commission all equipment with subcontractors after installation.
- Provide customer training after project completion.
- Conduct final inspections and collect data for as-built drawings.
- Implement assigned responsibilities and activities to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Comply strictly with Code of Ethics.
- Implement responsibilities and activities to achieve EH&S goals and comply with EH&S policies, rules, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Min. Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Knowledge and experience in engineering management, problem-solving, systematic and analytical thinking, commercial terms and conditions, ISO 9000 quality environment, coaching, influence, and negotiation skills
- Adaptability, analytical thinking, teamwork, communication, listening, and ethics
- Experience in LTA projects (preferred)
- Experience with fire protection and fire alarm systems
