• Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
• Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.
• Administration and Configuration
• Moving PCs and Devices within same premises
• Network Access Control (NAC) related issue
• Guide users on data backup and transfer
• Deployment of EUCD devices
Requirements
- Immediate Starter or able to start within 2 weeks
- Comfortable to working TUAS (assessible by MRT)
- Open to 1 month contract extendable
