The role:
- Market products and services to current and potential customers in cleanroom, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, research, academia, and food and beverage sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives for products and assigned agencies.
- Gain technical knowledge of products to effectively engage with clients.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, including trade-in offers and workshops.
- Manage direct sales to customers and distributors, generating leads and building relationships with key decision-makers.
What we are looking for:
- The ideal candidate should possess a background in Product Management, with substantial experience in sales within the cleanroom, industrial, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics sectors. This experience should specifically relate to capital equipment (CAPEX) and engineering or integration solutions.
- A minimum of a diploma in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field is required.
- Candidates should have at least three years of experience demonstrating a strong sales record, particularly in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Diagnostics markets, including laboratories, hospitals, R&D clients, academia, food and beverage, and industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in preparing tenders and requests for quotations (RFQs) along with cost estimation is essential.
- Exceptional presentation abilities are necessary, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The candidate should be target-oriented and capable of working independently.
