The Role:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the Office and HQ Finance regarding all aspects of fundraising and donations, with a specific focus on overseeing the staff donation process.
- Create and sustain a detailed overview of staff donations throughout the Group by preparing and analyzing regular reports.
- Collaborate with essential stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, Shared Services, Finance, and the Office, to ensure the smooth functioning of the staff donation process.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to staff donations through consistent report monitoring and communication with relevant parties.
- Work alongside team members and other key stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of the donation process.
- Support the Finance and the Office in gathering necessary information for reports, such as annual reports and donor progress updates.
- Participate in any additional projects related to the Group charities or the administration of fundraising activities.
What are we looking for?
- Candidates must hold a Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related area.
- A background of 2 to 3 years in an administrative role is essential.
- Experience in coordination roles, particularly in a large organizational setting, is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are crucial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
