Job Overview:
As a Lead OutSystems Developer, you will be an integral part of the Information Systems and Technology team. You will serve as the Technical Analyst responsible for solution design, collaborating with Business Analysts and Software Developers to deliver high-quality software solutions using OutSystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Delivery
- Collaborate with end-users and IT business analysts to create technical solutions for business initiatives, leveraging OutSystems technology.
- Master the knowledge of existing systems and architectural landscapes to effectively design scalable solutions.
- Identify opportunities to introduce innovative technologies and techniques into IT solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Building IT Solutions
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable enterprise applications based on user stories and requirements.
- Utilize modern engineering practices to ensure robust application architecture and user-centric solutions.
- Provide technical support during the integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing phases to ensure smooth deployment.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in OutSystems development (Mobile, Web, or Progressive Web App).
- Education: Diploma holder with relevant experience or a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Skills & Attributes:Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently.
Independent, resourceful, and analytical, with a knack for solving complex problems.
Strong team player who takes initiative and drives results.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
