The role:
- Oversee the management of dynamic and intricate projects carried out.
- Take charge of project management for the infrastructure services provided by the Company, which encompass a variety of areas such as hospital infrastructure, animal facilities, laboratory furniture, industrial setups, schools, and more.
- Supervise ACMV and HVAC system laboratory projects to ensure they meet both Singaporean and international standards, while adhering to quality assurance protocols and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with all relevant parties, including facility management, architects, and M&E consultants, to ensure engineering designs and user specifications are met and compliant.
- Participate in project tender meetings, offering technical insights to the tender team, while also preparing and managing project timelines and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to execution schedules. Additionally, provide occasional technical support to the sales team and ensure that Workplace Safety and Health regulations are enforced on-site.
What we are looking for:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar engineering field is required with experience in ACMV and Biosafety Level 3/4.
- Ideally, candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing and designing construction projects.
- A valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle would be beneficial.
