Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales and customer support to the sales team
- Attend to all sales enquiries, follow-up and resolve problems arising for sales order
- Coordinate and correspond with customer on sales orders status
- Follow up with distributors on stock replenishment
- Manage forecast and planning information from customers
- Prepare and provide monthly sales result and sales analysis
- Work closely with customer service division on order delivery and shipment schedules
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Degree / Diploma in Shipping and Logistics, Supply chain management and other related studies
- 2-3 years of experience customer service, Shipping / logistics, order processing
- Independent and able to work in a team
- Possess good communication skills and able to interact with all levels
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS office applications

· Salary : $S3,000.00 – S$3,500.00
