Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Potong Pasir
5 days work week, 9am - 6pm
Salary: Basic Salary (Up to $3.8k) + VB + PB + $800/yr Wellness Package
Job requirements:
- Commercial building/ infrastructure experience in Singapore.
- Experience in participating in full interior fit-out projects.
- Resourceful, and sensitive to numerical.
Job descriptions:
- To prepare tender bids for submission on time
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Review and understand all drawings and specifications
- Monitor project costs to ensure objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with building contract law; Ensure compliance with standards.
- Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties.
- Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
- Tabulate and evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
- Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of sub-contract, Variation Orders, etc.
- Prepare cost analysis and cost reduction strategies to enhance overall project value
Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.
