Job Responsibilities:
- Network Maintenance and Optimization: Perform daily operations, including maintenance, change management, problem resolution, emergency response, and architecture optimization to ensure the stable and secure functioning of business systems.
- Network Security Management: Develop and implement security protection mechanisms, conduct system assessments, apply risk mitigation strategies, respond promptly to emergencies, perform post-incident reviews, and continuously improve response capabilities.
- Network Planning and Construction: Design and implement network architecture, engage in project planning, resource coordination, and quality management to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Standard Formulation: Contribute to the creation of comprehensive network planning, standards, and operational systems, encompassing design, usage, security, and management.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation according to standardized procedures, ensuring accuracy and regular updates.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of devices like switches, routers, load balancers, handle events and emergencies, and conduct bandwidth usage analysis and tuning.
- Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with production and support teams to ensure the integrity of the company's information security environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in computer science or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of Network management experience.
- Familiar with server systems and hardware devices, able to diagnose and handle software and hardware failures.
- Proficient in server systems and hardware troubleshooting for both software and hardware failures.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, HP switches, and firewalls.
- Experienced with Linux OS, including setting up DNS, DHCP, WEB, and FTP servers.
- Knowledgeable in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Exchange mail servers and virtual servers.
- Expertise in mainstream backup software for installation, configuration, and daily operations.
- Basic network security knowledge, with the ability to use common tools for detecting and resolving computer security issues.
- Willing to travel worldwide country.
