Job Description:
- To ensure good customer service level in the retail outlet
- Responsible for achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence
- Interact with customers
- Promote products to customers and handle after-retail sales services
- Perform cashiering duties
- To monitor stocks run rate and forecast of stock replenishment
- Perform stock control operations and handle merchandise display
- Handling complaints and providing solutions to resolve the issues
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain store’s cleanliness and image
- Ad hoc duties assigned

- Able to work on weekends/public holidays and rotating shifts
