Position: Enrolled Nurse (Inpatient)
Department: Palliative Care
Reports To: Nurse Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide palliative care to patients with terminal illness and end-stage organ failure.
- Assist the Staff Nurse in performing comprehensive palliative care assessments for patients.
- Provide guidance and supervision to new Nursing Aides.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Job Requirements
- Nitec in Nursing.
- Valid Practising License with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a palliative care setting.
