Position: Staff Nurse (Inpatient)
Department: Palliative Care
Reports To: Nurse Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide palliative care to patients with terminal illness and end-stage organ failure.
- Deliver care focused on pain and symptom management, along with psychological, emotional, and spiritual support for both patients and their families.
- Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure quality care delivery.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in acute care or home care setting.
- Palliative Care/ICU nursing training or background preferred.
- Ability to work 3 rotating shifts (for inpatient wards).
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
