Job Opportunity: Data Analyst – Hospital and Community Transitional Care Models (HCTCM)
Overview
To support the custodians of the Hospital and Community Transitional Care Models (HCTCM) databases. Help analyze and draw insights from data extracted from clinical databases to improve health services research and quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical leads to evaluate HCTCM projects.
- Support data collection on patient-reported outcomes and costs for full care cycles.
- Lead database management for program evaluations, including data extraction and aggregation.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, policies, and standards.
- Provide operational support to the Assistant Director and Project Manager.
- Handle grant-related documentation and progress reports.
Requirements
- Postgraduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Sociology, Engineering, or Healthcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in statistical and data management.
