Our client is in the property real estate sector, headquartered in Singapore and has a strong presence globally. They are looking to fill the role of a Assistant Manager, Residential Marketing.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in property launches and the handover of completed projects, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Liaise with solicitors to manage proper sales documentation and secure necessary approvals from management and authorities, including the Controller of Housing.
  • Conduct market research and comparative market studies while attending to enquiries from customers, buyers, and agents.
  • Coordinate logistics with vendors and internal teams for unit handovers, showflat operations, and event organization.
  • Prepare reports, process invoices, maintain databases, and ensure accurate sales documentation while providing overall support to the residential marketing team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or other relevant disciplines.
  • Candidates with a diploma and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in residential marketing are welcome to apply.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly resourceful and meticulous in their work.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.

  • Location: Based on Project
  • Working days: Based on Project
  • Salary: Up to $6,000 / Negotiable and Bonus (salary will be commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
