Our client, a renowned developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Investor Relations Assistant Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development and production of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
  • Monitor and report sustainability performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Engage with ESG analysts and rating agencies, providing necessary disclosures.
  • Assist in creating investor relations materials, including press releases, announcements, presentations, and website updates.
  • Conduct research on REITs and the real estate industry.
  • Organize investor and analyst events such as AGMs, roadshows, and conferences.
  • Prepare scripts and FAQs for senior management for key events like AGMs, EGMs, and quarterly results.
  • Provide daily news scans and market updates for management.
  • Maintain and update announcements on the company website.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in sustainability, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Chinese for material creation and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry or sustainability/finance/accounting is a plus.
  • Resourceful, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must obtain the CMFAS license.

  • Location: South
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Salary: up to S$7,000 and Bonus
