Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information; document and track data.
- Manage procurement, material usage, and site organization to prevent wastage.
- Prepare daily reports on work volume, manpower, and materials.
- Supervise site execution, ensuring compliance with procedures and method statements.
- Conduct safety briefings, site inspections, and meetings with subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety regulations and project progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management or Science in Architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar field.
- Strong skills in project scheduling, procurement, and materials management.
- Ability to supervise teams, manage site activities, and resolve on-site issues.
