Responsibilities
- Provide technical tooling support to ensure production and T&D meet quality and technical standards.
- Collaborate with design, production, and planning teams to ensure tool readiness and efficient scheduling.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives and analyze root causes to improve tooling processes.
- Oversee tooling improvements, modifications, and machining needs to increase output and efficiency.
- Guide, train, and manage the tooling team to optimize resources and performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Precision Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in metal stamping tooling processes.
- Technical qualification in Tool and Die making.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Knowledge of tooling design, CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
