Job Function
1. Liaise with Front office and instructing panel valuer to conduct desktop/ formal valuation and issue valuation report.
2. Review valuation reports for completeness, accuracy and quality. Address comments / issues raised with internal stakeholders and valuer.
3. Attend to emails received through the team’s Functional Mailbox and assist with Credit administration.
4. Assess valuers' performance and provide feedback to Policy team.
Accountability
1. Deliver quality services to Business units by adopting a systematic and consistent approach in line with the Bank’s credit policies and procedures.
2. Achieve and adhere to specified performance standards in turnaround time and accuracy.
