We are seeking a highly motivated TCM Brand Manager with experienced in TCM industry or culture to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our company by developing and executing effective marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive sales. TCM Brand Manager Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and programs that effectively communicate the company's brand positioning and value proposition.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Manage the development and execution of advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency across all company touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Brand Manager Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand management or related role
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful brands
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
