Responsibilities:
- Develop financial strategies to achieve business goals and support growth.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
- Manage financial risks and coordinate audits.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance.
- Report financial performance to leadership, investors, and external partners.
- Manage listed company operations in Australia and its subsidiaries.
- Oversee consolidated accounts and tax planning.
- Lead efforts in mergers and acquisitions exercises.
- Implement and monitor financial risk management strategies.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
- At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience, preferably from FMCG/ Textile Manufacturing Industry
- Strong understanding of financial management and compliance.
- Experience with listed companies, consolidation, and M&A activities.
