Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Pipeline and Engineering Solutions Provider
- Position Title: CNC Milling Machinist
- Working Location: West – Joo Koon (Walking distance to the company from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm, every Sat: 8am-12pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 1800 + Performance Bonus + OT Pay
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and input CNC programs to the milling machine, ensuring machines are set to the precise specifications required for the task
- Prepare and adjust CNC milling machines for operation by setting the correct tools and inputting controls
- Operate CNC machines to create parts accurately according to technical drawings and production requirements
- Perform regular inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet quality standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime
- Maintain clear and precise records of machine operations, including production volumes and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company policies
