- To comply with Supervisor’s instructions and perform to achieve quality work
- Installation and maintaining factory facility’s instruments and electrical cabinets
- Plan and perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment according to company's ISO, GMP, HACCP and QHSE requirements
- Ensure compliance of company QHSE policy & local EHSS Legislations
- Participate actively in Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE) activities (E.g. Trainings, Concern Reporting, Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) Review, correction of QHSE hazards and unsafe conditions)
- Conduct housekeeping in work area and ensure compliance of site safety regulations to prevent accidents
- Lead repairs, improvement projects implementation and liaise with vendors/contractors scope of work
- Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Perform redesign and improvements to equipment for better capability, performance and ensure compliance to management of change process.
- Keep track of spare part and inventory usage to maintain spare part / inventory control.
- Assist procurement in providing technical specification for spare parts
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis and ensure action follow-up to prevent recurrence of breakdowns
- To prepare Safety Risk Assessment (SRA), Work Instruction (WI) and Troubleshooting Know-How and other training materials when needed
- To identify opportunity and drive continuous improvements in cost saving, quality and yield
- In charge to update all document link to installations (instruments log sheet, electrical cabinet scheme)
- Update technical data sheet on SAP.
- Experience in E&I Maintenance facilities role in Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Petrochemicals industries.
- Operation Knowledge and troubleshooting of Electrical switchgear (22KV/400V/6.6KV), UPS System, Transformer, motor, lights.
- Electrical Shutdown experience maintenance planning, Supervision and LEW coordination (22KV/6.6KV/400V)
- Knowledge in PLC/DCS.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, PFDs, isometric drawings, and computer literacy.
