- Resolve equipment faults at customers' premises and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with customers and sub-contractors to manage add-on project activities.
- Track work progress closely to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Guarantee timely delivery of materials and equipment for site installation or fault rectification, and conduct periodic maintenance for customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent,
- At least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting of card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV etc.
- Possess valid class 3 driving license.
- Comfortable with stand-by duty.
