- Develop and implement age-appropriate programmes and teaching aids to support the growth of infants aged 2 to 18 months.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and conducive environment while fostering positive relationships with infants, parents, and colleagues.
- Assess and document infants' progress, addressing their individual developmental needs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Principal on operational matters and ensure adherence to teaching standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Education.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with infants, parents, and colleagues.
