3PL Logistics Assistant & Logistics Admin
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as a 3PL Logistics Assistant and a Logistics Admin. These roles are crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our supply chain.
3PL Logistics Assistant Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork.
- Resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
Logistics Admin Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate shipping records.
- Prepare and process invoices for shipping services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics processes.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Entry level is welcome to apply
- Candidate with forklift license is a plus for the role
