- Working days: Monday - Friday 830am -530pm / 9am -6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with procurement
- Processing of petty cash and invoices
- Verifying payment listings and maintaining of vendor listing
- Checking of payment vouchers from facilities
- Checking of management accounts and financial statements
- Prepare, review of budget proposals and monitoring of expenditure
- Checking of finance documents in preparation and provide support for audit
- Maintaining and updating of Admin and Finance records
- Tagging of fixed assets, inventory, and condemnation of items
- Issuing and obtaining signatures for Cheque
- Provide secretarial support for committee meetings
- Other Ad-hoc duties
