Job Scopes:
• Collaborate with the front-end design team to finalize the chip floorplan, clock architecture, and power plan.
• Oversee the physical design process from Netlist to GDSII, including Place and Route (P&R), formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, reliability design, and tapeout.
• Research and develop physical design methodologies for advanced process nodes and build automated platforms for physical design.
• Lead the implementation of physical design flows, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Optimize chip layout for performance, power, and area (PPA) while ensuring
Job Requirements:
• At least degree in electronic engineering, microelectronics, computer science or relevant field
• At least five years of related working experience
