Job Scope:
• Overseeing project quantities and associated costs
• Obtaining and comparing bids from suppliers and subcontractors
• Assessing tenders and recommending contract awards
• Preparing cost estimates and contract documentation for projects
• Ensuring adherence to contract specifications
• Monitoring site progress and processing payments for subcontractors
• Managing variations, progress claims, and final account settlements
Job Requirements:
• At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences in construction industry
