Job description:
General administration support to Project team including sourcing for supplier's quotation, preparation of purchase order, follow up on delivery, preparation of namelist, catalogue, material list for submission, etc
Project documentation & filing management.
Compiling relevant authorities information, ie. Government submission, Code of Practice, Design criteria, etc
Work closely with the Project Team on site documentation.
Requirement:
Minimum "O" Level
Able to interact effectively with employees / managers at all levels
