- 5-day work week (2 weekdays off)
- 8:30 am - 6:15 pm / 9:30 am - 7:15 pm
Basic Salary:
- $2,500 - $3,500
Responsibilities:
- Be the main contact for patients & partners
- Manage appointments & inquiries
- Deliver top-notch customer service & resolve concerns
- Maintain accurate records & reports
Requirements:
- Min O Level and above
- 2 Year of Customer Service experience
- Able to commit 2 rotating shift , 5 days including both weekend
