Key Responsibilities:

HR Shared Services Operations:

  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS for payroll and reporting.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits (C&B):

  • Support C&B projects, including salary proposals, benefits benchmarking, and annual reviews.
  • Ensure consistent application of compensation policies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze C&B data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Address C&B-related queries and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist with job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires and provide necessary resources.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

Payroll Management:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, maintaining compliance with laws.
  • Handle payroll records and address related inquiries.

Work Passes and Visa Applications:

  • Manage visa and work pass applications for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with government agencies and legal advisors on immigration matters.

Compliance and SOPs:

  • Ensure HR processes adhere to labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

Vendor Management:

  • Participate in the selection and evaluation of HR service vendors.
  • Manage and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure service quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address issues promptly.

General HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Assist with policy development and HR transformation projects.
  • Oversee office supplies and facilities management.
  • Stay updated on employment law and industry trends to improve HR service delivery.
