Job Summary
The AI Engineer Specializes in developing artificial intelligence (AI) models and systems that can perform tasks traditionally requiring human intelligence, such as learning, problem-solving, pattern recognition, and decision-making. In addition to technical expertise, AI engineers play a key role in collaborating with other teams to implement AI-driven solutions that solve complex business problems.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks;
- Experience in the Financial Services/Payments industry;
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools;
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools;
Desired Skill-set
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Relevant certifications in AI technologies can be beneficial;
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and R;
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms from scratch;
- Implement AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction;
- Manage the data flow and infrastructure for effective AI deployment;
- Collaborate across teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals;
- Monitor and optimize resources for performance, cost, and security;
- Manage the data flow and infrastructure required for effective AI deployment;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly;
- Develop and maintain documentation for ai solutions and processes;
- Developing, deploying and debugging IaC code for AI solutions;
- Ensure that AI solutions comply with company security policies and best practices in security;
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and best practices.
