- Support the Assistant Director in operations and administrative work; and work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Ministry of Health (MOH) and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs)
- Manage & liaise with stakeholders on clinical training matters including funding
- Co-prepare the annual PPE report with education office for submission to MOH; coordinate audit
- Lead the team as the overall-in-charge of billings for all professional groups (Allied Health, Medical, Nursing and Pharmacy); verify and process billings to IHLs; and ensure utilisation of funding like the Pre-employment Clinical Training (PECT) meets MOH funding parameters
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effective operation of clinical training programmes
- Consolidate student feedback
- Involved in budgeting & accruals exercise
- Responsible for updating data in Oracle and use of e-sign software
- Collaborate with colleagues from functional teams in reviewing PPE-related MOUs/agreements/polices
- Manage business-as-usual work and projects to completion, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Provide secretariat and logistical support to meetings and tracking of deliverables
- Opportunities to be involved in other intra- and inter-departmental initiatives. Other duties and projects may also be assigned, in accordance with the aspirations and competence of the incumbent to the needs of the project
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of work experience
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Prior work experience in a similar role and/or healthcare industry or education administration
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Visual Basic Application (VBA)
