- Manage service hotline, email inquiries, and service counter during office hours for clients and financial advisors.
- Handle account opening, transaction-related inquiries, and general account issues via calls and emails.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate responses with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Follow up on account applications, transfer requests, and third-party payments.
- Conduct call verifications for updating client details, form amendments, and account password resets.
- Attend to walk-in customers at the service center.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and collaborate with other departments and team members.
