Responsibilities :
- Lead sales execution, demand / pricing strategies, and forecasting to deliver outstanding commercial performance in Southeast Asia.
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company's strategic objectives for the region.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage shipments and delivery schedules, export/import documentation, product quality, and to resolve client issues.
- Serve as the primary contact point between company and the clients.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with local clients and stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives and projects, as necessary, to improve product portfolio performance, channel penetration, and market segmentation.
- Represent company at industry functions, events, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and cultivate connections.
- Perform effectively in a rapidly changing environment by demonstrating proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
Requirements:
- Candidate with minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
- Candidate must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Filipino language is a added advantage due to the involvement in Philippines
- Candidate must have Proven track record in sales, with at least 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
- Candidate must have Knowledge of the meat/food industry and market trends.
- Candidate must be Willing to travel as required, mainly in Southeast Asia.
