Location: Tuas (Company Pick up: Jurong East/ CCK MRT - 7am)
- Promote a positive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture and ensure effective implementation of procedures.
- Conduct inspections of fire extinguishers, slings, vehicles, and emergency systems.
- Analyze and monitor reports on preventive actions.
- Ensure proper preparation of ARTs (Activity Risk Assessments) for various work activities.
- Advise management on compliance with HSE policies and legal requirements for facilities and operations.
- Provide guidance to supervisors and line management on HSE-related matters.
- Assist the HSE department with administrative systems and processes.
- Liaise with authorities on health, safety, and environmental issues.
- Investigate incidents, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate and deliver Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) training and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Maintain and manage HSE documentation and databases.
- Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and risk assessments, and assist with external audits.
- Ensure proper closeout of actions from investigation reports and audits.
- Possessing a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) certification is preferred.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with management systems is beneficial.
