- Industry/ Organization Type: Ship Repair and Maintenance Provider
- Position Title: Sales cum Admin Coordinator
- Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2,300 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently to the appropriate departments.
- Perform a variety of general administrative duties to support daily operations.
- Conduct data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and proper filing of documents.
- Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (PO), managing worklists and timesheets, and handling other administrative tasks as required.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

- Minimum NITEC in any field with 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
