Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Senior Operations Excellent Executive to join their Warehouse Operations team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Responsibilities Senior Operations Excellent Executive:
- Streamline workflows with tools like FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and 5 Whys to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Implement global operations standards (e.g., 5S, CI) and share best practices.
- Deliver efficiency, cost, and quality improvement projects on time and within scope.
- Develop KPI dashboards and provide insights for decision-making.
- Facilitate Lean training and mentor staff to enhance operational excellence.
- Align with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and strategies.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Supply Chain or related study
- Min 5 years of warehouse operations, with exposure in process improvement projects
- Experience in methodologies such as Six Sigma and 5S
