Key Responsibilities:
- Perform robot PM: parts cleaning & greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc.
- Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets.
- Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation.
- Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, label-ling, housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Min. NITEC in any Engineering field or equivalent certification
- Comfortable to work in clean room suit
- Able to commit to 12 hours shift
