Working Hours:
- 5-day work week (2 weekdays off per week)
- 8.30am to 6.15pm / 9.30am to 7.15pm
Job Description:
- Serve as the main contact for patients and partners.
- Manage patient appointments and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
- Assist in scheduling and clinic planning to optimize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records and performance reports.
- Promote clinic services and cross-sell effectively.
- Upsell services and packages to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
Qualification:
- Min 2 years Customer Service Experience
- Able to work on both weekends
- Able to work rotating shift
