We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic System Engineer to join our client's team. As a System Engineer, you will help design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and systems that support their technology environment. This role is open to fresh graduates who are passionate about learning and eager to contribute to system operations, security, and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of system hardware and software.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Support the deployment of software, updates, and patches across servers and networks.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the systems meet operational requirements.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard data and maintain system integrity.
- Participate in system performance analysis, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest trends in system engineering and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- A graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows, etc.) and network configurations.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Understanding of system monitoring tools and performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
