Summary:
- Basic up to 5k
- 5 days work week
- Location: Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang / Central
- Requires BCA in BIM Cert
- Must have experienced in ACMV & LTA/SMRT
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in 3D using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Prepare detailed mechanical design models, drawings, and specifications for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Participate in design coordination meetings with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve clashes and ensure efficient project execution.
- Utilize BIM coordination tools like Navisworks to detect clashes and implement clash resolution processes for mechanical systems.
- Produce and maintain detailed documentation, including BIM execution plans, as-built drawings, and equipment schedules.
- Perform quality control checks on mechanical systems designs and ensure accurate implementation of BIM models in the construction phases.
Key Requirements:
- Min BCA in BIM Cert
- Min 2 years relevant working experience
