Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance and Admin Assistant to join our team. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with general administrative tasks, and providing support to the management team. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, experience in accounting or administrative roles, and a solid understanding of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
  • Support the management team with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and assisting with audits as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or administrative role,
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Preferably experienced with XERO
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
