Key Responsibilities:
- Offline Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Collateral Development: Conceptualize, design, and produce offline marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and key messages.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events including trade shows, conferences, seminars, and workshops. Manage all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection and booth setup to attendee engagement and post-event follow-up.
- Print Advertising: Identify opportunities for print advertising in relevant publications, negotiate advertising placements, and oversee the creation and production of print ads.
- Direct Mail Campaigns: Develop targeted direct mail campaigns to reach potential customers and drive engagement. Manage the end-to-end process, including audience segmentation, content creation, printing, and distribution.
- Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with partners and vendors to explore co-marketing opportunities such as joint events, co-branded collateral,and cross-promotions.
- Budget Management: Manage the offline marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency in all initiatives.
- Measurement and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and initiatives. Utilize data and insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in offline marketing, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong creative and design skills, with proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and messaging.
