Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: $2200 - $2800 (depending of experience)
Working Location: Changi
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am-1pm
Key Responsibilities:
-Draft and prepare AWBs for approval, request CIPL, and prepare permits.
-Verify cargo details and update the system.
-Manage documentation (FWB, FHL, permits) and send pre-alerts.
-Coordinate with customers and agents via email.
-Inspect cargo, report discrepancies, and handle billing.
-Pre-declare customs permits and submit shipment details to Singapore Customs.
Job Requirements:
-Min. N level and above qualifications
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data entry, and handling inquiries/requests.
-Open to candidates with or without prior experience in the Air Freight industry.
