Location: Upper Thomson
Basic Salary:
• $2,500 to $3,500
Working Hours:
• 5-day work week (2 weekdays off per week)
• 8.30am to 6.15pm / 9.30am to 7.15pm
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for patients and partners.
- Manage patient appointments and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
- Assist in scheduling and clinic planning to optimize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records and performance reports.
- Promote clinic services and cross-sell effectively.
- Upsell services and packages to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
Requirement:
- Must have at least 2 years Customer Service Exp
- Able to work both weekends
- Able to work rotating shift
