Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: Up to $2400
Working Location: Changi
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am-1pm
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and draft AWBs for customer/agent approval.
-Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and inquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.
-Follow up on clients, help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes
- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement
Job Requirements:
-Min. O level and above qualifications
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry.
-Open to candidates with or without prior experience in the Air Freight industry.
*Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.*
