Job position: Marketing and Admin Assistant/Executive (Japanese speaking) Job ID: 19429
Key Responsibilities:
・Support the operations and activities of the Marketing Team (both digital and non-digital).
・Liaise with the Japanese headquarters to ensure strategic alignment, including planning and management.
・Translate documents between English and Japanese for communication with the headquarters and the Singapore branch office.
・Working closely with the Marketing to plan, explore, and propose strategies to the Japan headquarters.
・Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in Japan and Singapore to drive projects forward and ensure successful project delivery.
・Undertake ad-hoc tasks related to marketing activities as required.
Requirements:
・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
・Proficiency in Japanese is required for this role to translate documents and interpret during meetings between employees and the board of directors in Japan.
・Experience in translating Japanese to English or English to Japanese is advantageous.
・At least 1 year of working experience will be advantage, but not a must.
・Training provided
