This person will report to our Lead CSA
Reporting to Penjuru Terminal
Working Hrs 8:30am to 5pm
Company transport is being provided
Job Scope:
Responsible for Order Processing:
● Support in the registration of vessels, ITT, trucking and drumming orders in MyService accurately
● Update customer orders based on instructions from Account Manager
● Create relevant feed/run down order in the Industrial Terminals.
Responsible for Trucking and Drumming activities:
● Coordinate and plan drumming activities
● Book time slots for trucking activities
● Liaise with haulier to optimize planning
● Coordinate service disruptions with Account Manager and Operations
● Coordinate and plan drum delivery and collection
Responsible for Documentation Handling:
● Conduct relevant Customs Clearance Processes
● Handle shipping and ITT documentation
● Handle prevailing administrative tasks for the department
● Perform relevant dispatcher activities on the terminal
Responsible for Periodic Reporting:
● Assist Account Managers with manual inventory reports for customers
● Create all other prevailing periodic reports, including Qliksense
