Job Scope
- Procure material / machinery / equipment from dedicated supplier based on the material order list prepared by site team.
- Follow up with supplier on material/machinery/equipment estimated delivery date and notify site team.
- Keep track of material D.O. file D.O. documents.
- Assist QS to work out total material quantity for the project.
- Enquire/compare material pricing from multiple suppliers.
- Assist site team to obtain safety documents related to the machinery / equipment.
- Keep track of rental material rental tenure/cost.
- Keep track of calibration certification of devices such as pressure gauge, dumpy level.
- Assign transport for sites' day to day use. assign transport to fetch urgent materials base on site requirement.
- Assist project manager to source material.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline
- 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience
